The effort under this proposed contract action is an additional repair option for FY00. This effort is an option to AVENGER contract DAAH01-97-C-0197 with Raytheon Systems Company, 2501 W. University, P.O. Box 801, McKinney, TX 75070-0801. The option quantity for each NSN will range from 1 each to 5 each with the exception of NSN 5855-01-L15-5073 which will range from 1 each to 15 each. This contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
