This synopsis is being issued in an attempt to develop a full and open competitive environment for the acquisition. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The source sought/market survey is published in order that potential sources may learn of future requirements capable of but not limited to performing the following tasks: furnish all labor, tools, equipment, material, transportation and supervision required to perform maintenance to Combat Arms Targeting System with 21 lanes and a chamber width of 36 inches IAW Federal, State and County EPA laws; remove lead from lead buckets; oil plates IAW MFG guidelines; replace damaged and/or broken buckets; remove contaminated HEPA filters; clean air handling system with HEPA filter equipped vacuum; drum and dispose of waste in 55 gallon drum(s); provide EPA/DOT certified HAZ-MAT 55 gallon drum(s) to replace one(s) taken; basic cleaning of confined space behind backstop of each position; full tightening of all nuts and bolts, including replacement as necessary and clean in front of range between concrete ridge and front of backstop.
