R -- CONSUMER TRENDS SURVEY DATA AND SERVICES SOL M67004-00-R-0016 DUE 051600 POC John House, Code 892, (912)439-6745 Notice of intent to issue a contract to Teenage Research Unlimited of Northbrook, IL for subscription data on consumer trends and attitudes of youth; services to obtain responses to government-specified questions regarding the military from populations surveyed for the Teenage Marketing and Lifestyle Study; software, installation instructions and training material for the government to access data electronically from the Teenage Marketing and Lifestyle Study; and advice and interpretation of data on a variety of topics affecting the recruiting market. The aforementioned subscriptions, data and software are proprietary to Teenage Research Unlimited. The proposed contract action is for subscriptions and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. If no responses are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis which meet the Government's requirements a contract will be placed without further notice.
