R -- PRESERVATION OF NATURAL STORAGE AREAS PHASE I FOR THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS REAL ESTATE DIVISION DUE 050500 POC Jackie Henderson (410)962-3529 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate with Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company for the following services which requires the contractor to provide the necessary labor, materials and equipment to accomplish the task of: Preliminary Title Reports, Current Owner Information Sheet, Closing Services and Premium Schedule Rates. The Objectives of the title services are as follows: provide title reports for 20 properties located in Lincoln Park Borough, New Jersey, Montville Township, Pequannock Township. The Contractor shall provide delivery of reports within 7-10 days after notice to proceed. All responisible sources may submitt a proposal identifying their capability to respond to this requirement by May 5, 200 which shall be considered by this agency.
