Conference & Trade Show For Small Businesses and Prime Contractors
"Partnering To Create Small Business Opportunities For The New
Millenium" May 24 & 25, 2000, Westin Hotel, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
This conference is presented by the U.S. Department of Transportation,
the Federal Aviation Administration and the Federal Executive Board.
This intergovernmental joint outreach event is hosted by the Mike
Monroney Aeronautical Center, Office of Acquisition Services, Small
& Disadvantaged Business Utilization Office. This two-day
conference, trade show and workshop session is designed to assist small
businesses (including minority and women owned small businesses,
Historically black colleges and universities, Hispanic serving
institutions, and Native American Businesses and tribal organizations)
in doing work with federal, state and local government agencies The
following events are included in the conference: Icebreaker and Welcome
Reception at the Westin Hotel on May 23 from 6:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m.
Conference Luncheon, May 24 with FAA Administrator, Jane Garvey, as the
keynote speaker, and a reception hosted by Oklahoma Governor and First
Lady, Kathy Keating, at the Governor's mansion on the evening of May
24 from 6:00 p.m. 8:30 p.m. Register on or before May 19th to attend
for $70 or $90 on-site. Small Business Exhibit Fees are $299 per day/
$499 for both days. Prime Contractor Exhibit Fees are $799 per
