PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE R-PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE. A pre-solicitation conference will be held on 3 May 2000 at 8:30 a.m. for the Program Manager for Chemical Demilitarization's (PMCD) Program and Integration Support (PAIS) contracts. The conference will be held at the Chemical Demilitaration Training Facility (CDTF) at the Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
