UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Building must have adequate cable facilities to provide voice grade and data lines. Must be asbestos free. Must be able to meet or be retrofitted to meet ADA requirements for phisically challenged individuals. Access must be available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Lessor provides fully serviced lease including janitorial and maintenance services, etc., at Government option. The current lease will expire May 24, 2000.
