The intent of this contract is to replace the underground cabling portion of the High Voltage (4160 V) West Loop Circuit. The cabling replacement will require electrical power outages. The contractor may be required to work outside of regular working hours for scheduled power outages. The estimated cost of procurement will be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Stanadard Industrial Code is 1731. The related Small Business size is 7 million. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of the internet. Plans and specifications will not be directly provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be made only on the Internet. It is therefore the Contractor's responsibility to check the address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
