The work includes the removal of the existing concrete sheet piles, removal of bottom debris and pile stubs, installation of steel sheet piles, placement of cementitious grout, installation of prestressed concrete pile fender systems, plastic pile corner protection fender systems, plastic camels and incidental related work. This project will be awarded using Best Value Source Selection procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15.
