The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Louisville Detachment intends to procure forty (40) Trigger Assemblies IAW Dwg. 5520589 and seventy (70) Safety Levers IAW Dwg. 5520502. One item is to be manufactured from AISI 4140 Steel, approximate finished size is 3 1/2" x 1 3/4" x 1 1/4" with bronze busings installed. The other item is to be manufactured from AISI 4340 Steel, approximate finished size is 4 1/2" x 4" x 3/4". Both items will require heat treatment, magnetic particle inspection and plating. Items are to be delivered to Louisville, Kentucky within 190 days after contract award. Anticipated release date for this solicitation is 05/19/00.
