The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into fully competitive negotiations with qualified sources of supply. The required item, Rynglok Fitting Set P/N RTSK8-01-001 quantity of four (4) is a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Non-Developmental-Item (NDI) for the V-22 Osprey. The Rynglok Fittings Set will be used for the installation of Rynglok fittings at the organizational maintenance level. The Rynglok Fitting Set is a portable self contained tool kit designed to install Rynglok fitting sizes 03 through 24. Design features include: small envelope, light weight, hand operated, minimum skill/training, works with all tubing material and wall thickness. The Government does not own the data rights or technical drawings. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The packing/packaging will be best commercial practice.
