66 -- HIGH-SPEED DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM SOL PAN 31910-00 DUE 050900 POC Lorrie Powell, 256-313-7657 The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), intends to procure a Model 100/12 High-Speed Data Acquisition System. Specifications for the unit are as follows: shall consist of a single-channel digitizer having 8-, 10-, and 12-bit quantization, selectable by user; shall have 512 megabytes of memory installed; shall sample analog input at a rate of up to 100 Megahertz; shall contain a timecode processor capable of translating Irig A, B, G, XR3, and 2137 timecode signals and triggering acquisition start and stop; shall be capable of continuous A-to-D, burst A-to-D, and time-based data modes, and of writing MIDAS/MARTES format files to host network disk storage; shall be controlled via ethernet connection through a graphical user interface running on a Sun workstation; shall output data files on the host network via ethernet connection; shall be capable of being mounted in a standard 19-inch rack.
