No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award, on a Sole Source basis, an order to Project Technology for Architecture Characterization, P/N ACHAR. This Architecture Characterization includes the modification of custom software on an existing Model Compiler to develop a detailed requirement specification based upon characterization of the system. This characterization consists of a series of technical interchanges between the PT architect and the Joint Simulation Modeling System (JSIMS) Maritime architecture team to specify both hard and soft requirements.
