Clin 0001 _ White Traffic Paint, Mfg. Norline #HAIW1, solvent base paint OR EQUAL. Extremely fast dry, less than 60 seconds dry to no pick up and designed for no heat application. Need to be applied without the need for coning and a minimum of traffic control. Coverage must be 160 sq ft per gallon at 10 mils wet film thickness. The paint shall not cake or settle, which requires mechanical means to return the product to useable condition. The paint should not form a dried surface layer or skin. The paint should redissolve in its own solvents prevent a thick build up in drums or on tanks walls or equipment. Must come in 340 gallon bulk containers with 2_ camlock fittings to allow direct loading into painting equipment. Containers must be returnable to manufacturer for recycling and waste minimazation.
