(FVOMW) for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). Purpose of modification is to continue boat repairs on the R/V Harold w. Streeter in Seattle, WA. The original contract price is below the threshold for advertising in the CBD. Upon starting work and additional inspections, FVOMW identified additional work which required repair.
