S -- PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS MAINTENANCE AT THE DALLES DAM SOL DACW57-00-Q-0084 POC Ms. Anita Simpkins, Contract Specialist, (503) 808-4620 Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide a semi-annual preventive maintenance program on all listed Government furnished radio/communication equipment at The Dalles, John Day and Willow Creek Dams. This program shall be conducted during the months of June and September and shall consist of maintaining Project communications equipment such that it meets or exceeds all applicable manufacturers' specifications. The Contractor shall provide system upgrades as identified by the equipment manufacturer's periodic service bulletins as part of this preventive maintenance program.
