mark.levi@gsa.gov. The General Services Administration, Pacific Rim
Region, anticipates award of two natural gas aggregation contracts, one
each for the Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) LDC territory, and
the Southern California Gas (SCG) LDC territory. The PG&E LDC
contract will include approximately 30 core aggregation accounts, one
one noncore account, and a unilateral government option for another
noncore account. The SCG LDC contract will include approximately 30
core aggregation accounts, and no noncore accounts under the basic
scope. The accounts will contain provisions for addition/deletion of
accounts within the GSA inventory within certain limits, and addition
of non-GSA federal accounts as bilateral options. The contracts will
establish informational and formatting requirements for invoicing. The
contractors will be responsible for establishing EDI date transfers
with the LDCs. The contrators will be responsible for transportation
charges to the LDC, and charging this to GSA as an itemizedpass-through
cost. To be eligible for award of the PG&E LDC contract, a firm
must be contracted with PG&E as a Core Transport Agent (CTA) To be
eligible for award of the SCG LDC contract, a firm must be a
participating marketer that has executed a core aggreagation service
agreement with SCG in accordance with tariff rule 32. The solicitation
