DESC: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and perform all work required to construct a pole building (14h x 40w x 60L); and add a bathroom and sewer and water to existing Bldg 8060, located at Whitetail ridge, Fort McCoy, WI in accordance with the specifications, wage determination, and other terms of the contract. Work may involve but is not limited to, the removal of existing bituminous pavement, remove and relocate existing LP gas tank, remove a portion of existing wire fence, fill and grade for drainage at new bldg site, install new sewer and water lines from existing chalet, new wood frame metal clad building with stub-up utilities and electical service, new bathroom in existing maintenance building, new bituminous pavement and gravel. This will be a firm-fixed price construction contract with a performance time of 90 days. Total magnitude of this acquisition is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
