hectares of undeveloped land to be cleared, graded and developed. There
will be eighteen (18) concrete masonry unit (CMU) structures varying in
size from twenty-six (26) square meters up to one hundred two (102)
square meters. There will also be 4 CMU buildings that have been
partially rubbled. Storm drainage system is required and a simulated
storm drain for training. Special construction items include Target
Emplacements, Grenade and Land Mine Emplacements. Support Facilities
include an After Action Review Building to house the Command and
Control which will be heated and cooled. The Electrical work consists
of approximately 4500 meters of power and communications distribution
in a Duct Bank. This contract will provide the infrastructure for a
Networked Microprocessor-Based Simulator System for Actuating Targets
to be furnished and installed by others. Emergency Power Generator of
100KW is included. A Potable Water Line will be extended 6000 meters to
the site.Thisis a Request for Proposal (RFP) and offers will be
evaluated on the following basis: 1) Administration/Management
Information, 2) Past Experience/Past Performance Information, 3) Price
Proposal, 4) Proposed Schedule, 5) Subcontracting Plan, 6) Performance
Capabilities. Estimated Value is $10,000,000.00 -- $25,000,000.00.
