The site is located at the Delaware Tribe of Western Oklahoma, Tribal Complex, 2 miles north of Anadarko, Oklahoma on Hwy 281. Project to be completed no later than 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice To Proceed. Section 7(b) of Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 requires that preference opportuities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaskan individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaskan economic enterprises.
