The following is the revised description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, disposal and supervision necessary to remove and dispose of forty-two (42) existing 275 gallon heating oil storage tanks and provide and install eighty-four (84) new 138 gallon heating oil storage steel tanks, fill and vent piping, and incidental related work. This project includes an option item to provide temporary 25 gallons heating oil storage tank, heating oil, and all temporary piping and fittings to connect the temporary tank to the existing fuel piping inside the housing unit. The location of the work is at US Coast Guard Group Moriches Family Housing, Westhampton Beach, NY (Suffolk County). Performance period is 120 calendar days. The Contractor shall be limited to two (2) consecutive workdays in each housing unit (a total of 42 housing units). Estimated cost range of this project is $100,000 to $250,000.
