This specification details minimum software requirements for testing
and troubleshooting the Stabilator Amplifier P/N 70902-02001-048 to
return to RFI condition. Test software shall consist of the following:
run on the ESATS P/N SAC-512, perform operational, chassis (including
flex cable and related circuity) and board diagnostics test. Utilize
the Fluke 99 Scopemeter for waveform time domain, AC voltge (etc.)
measurements. Include pitch rate gyro testing using Ideal Aerosmith
rate table Model 1270VS. Contain all necessary interface cables between
the ESATS and the stabilator amplifier. Be commercial off-the-shelf.
Functionally test the 70902-02001-048 Stabilator Amplifier and its
SRU'S at a minimum as detailed in DMWR 11-6615-306 dated 31 Oct. 1996
using the ESATS P/N SAC -512. Provide hookup instructions (both text
and pictorial). Specify ambiguity groups of no greater than 10 with an
active component ambiguity level of 2. An active component consists of
at least two or more P-N junctions. Operate using Windows95 operating
system on an IBM compatible GFE PC meeting the following minimum
requirements: 133 MHz Pentium processor, 32 MB Ram, 8 x or greater CD
Rom, two (2) serial com ports (3 if using serial mouse), 2 GB minimum
hard drive, color monitor with 600 x 800 minimum resolution, 56.6K or
greater modem. Provide proper alignment procedure for lateral
accelerometer, Bias adjustment. Provide test print outs consisting of
all test result (both pass and fail). Printout shall be capable of
being saved to disk. Provide real time, on screen test results for each
test, including actual and expected output. Test execution history and
all results shall remain accessible during and at conclusion of the
test. Compare and display, through software, the accepted measurements
and waveforms as defined by the DMWR versus the actual acquired
values. Allow independent operational, diagnostic or gyro testing. Upon
detection of a failure, stop the test, display the failure, maintain
the test configuration (energized/de-energized), display corrective
actions and allow probing of the circuit using the Fluke Scopemeter if
desired by the operator. Allow the operator to: abort the test, abort
the initiate diagnostic tests, continue the test. Display complete CAD
drawn schematics of the failed circuit. Provide 100% software control
of the Scopemeter. Operator shall only be required to connect the
Scopemeter as outlined in the hookup instructions resident in the
software and turn it on. Test the gyro while installed in the
Stabilator Amplifier on the rate table. Rate table shall be software
controlled. Automatically compensate for input voltage amplitude
deviations for rate gyro tests. Delivery shall be 30 days ARO. Posted
