SUPPLIES: Furnish assorted flavored fresh pies, fresh layer cakes, brownies, sheet cakes and short cakes to Fort Sill, OK Dining Facilities during the period: 1Aug2000 though 31Jul2001. Four one-year option periods are contemplated. Contract will be a Requirements-type Contract. Deliveries will be made a minimum of three times per week to approximately nine Dining Facilities. Contractor facilities shall be required to pass Army Veterinary Services inspection prior to contract award. Estimated quantities are as follows: 96,000 pies to include Apple, Peach, Cherry, Blueberry, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Lemon Meringue, Coconut Cream, Boston Cream, Pineapple Cream, Chocolate Cream, Strawberry Chiffon, Pecan and Mincemeat; 6,600 Brownies, chocolate and butterscotch flavored; 34,500 Cakes, 9-10 inch diameter to include: round Chocolate, White, Coconut, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting; 2,000 Short Cakes cups; 6,600 sheet cakes, unsliced, 16x24 inches to include Chocolate, Coconut, Banana; and 3,000 Cheese Cakes with assorted toppings.
