A -- AGENT-BASED COMPUTING SOL BAA 00-07 DUE 110300 POC Contractual: Alan Frederick, Contracting Officer, DARPA/CMO, Email: afrederick@darpa.mil Modification to BAA 00-07: The purpose of this announcement is to re-open BAA 00-07, and to make other administrative changes in its content. Accordingly, this BAA is changed to read as follows: 1) The Contractual Point-of-Contact is changed to read, "Alan Frederick at afrederick@darpa.mil." 2) The requirement for the submission of abstracts in advance of the submission of proposals is deleted. 3) The closing date for the submission of proposals is changed to read, "To be considered, full proposals must be submitted to DARPA/ISO, 3701 North Fairfax Drive, Arlington, Virginia 22203-1714, Attn: BAA 00-07, on or before 1600, local time, Friday, 3 November 2000." 4) The Government's plan for completing source selection under this BAA is changed to read, "The Government anticipates completing proposal evaluations and announcing award decisions or or about 30 March 2001." 5) The BAA's terms and conditions relative to Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) are changed to read, "All affirmations must state which office(s) the offeror supports, and identify the prime contract number or other acquisition instrument number." 6) The Government's planned use of special resources is changed to read, "The Government intends to use personnel of the Schafer Corporation, MITRE, and Institute for Defense Analysis as special resources to assist in administering source selection, and to provide advice in specific technical areas." Accept as changed by this announcement, all other terms and conditions of this BAA remain in effect.
