This requirement is for services of Evolutionary Technologies Int'l, Inc. Evolutionary Technologies Int'l, Inc. is the sole provider of EXTRACT software that has currently installed on the DSDC HP K400 (SN354A02844). The software is used to exchange data from the Mechanization of Contract Administration System (MOCAS) to an Oracle environment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No award will be made on the basis of any response to this advertisement.
