DHHS/HRSA Contract Operations Branch has a requirement to acquire
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services, Work-Life Services and
Optional Services for the Division of Federal Occupational Health (FOH)
customer agencies. Services will be provided throughout the United
States including the Pacific Islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin
Islands, with potential growth to international locations.
Comprehensive EAP services are designed to assist employees in their
efforts to resolve personal problems that may impact adversely on their
conduct and work performance. EAP Services include Assessment and
Referral Program, EAP Website, and Legal and Financial Consultation.
Work-Life Services are a broad range of services to assist employees in
managing the multiple demands of work and personal life. Through a
single national toll-free telephone number, callers are put in touch
with professionals trained in a variety of areas including child
development, gerontology, elder care, legal and financial services and
retirement planning. Services provided range from consultation,
counseling, personalized searches and referrals, web-site databases,
printed educational materials, and educational seminars to Federal
supervisors, employees and their family members. The period of
performance is for one base year with four (4) one (1) year options.
Offerors possessing EAP and Work-Life expertise may request a copy of
Soliciation Number DFOH 30(0). See Numbered Note 26. The solicitation
will be issued on or about 5/12/00. You may be able to access this
