This project consist of the contractor providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, disposal, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform refuse and recycling services from Contractor owned containers, as specified in the solicitation. All recyclable collected shall become the property of the Contractor. The resultant contract will be a combination firm-fixed price and indefinite quantity type contract. All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the specifications. The performance period for the solicitation will be for a period of 12 months commencing on 1 October 2000 with four one-year options periods. Standard Industrial code is 4212 and the size standard is $6.0 million. This solicitation will be issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
