Provide all labor and materials for the renovation of the first floor restrooms at 525 Griffin Street, Dallas, TX. Work includes but not limited to demolition of existing architectural, mechanical and electrical items on the first floor restrooms. Remodel with new floor and wall tile, vinyl wallcovering, acoustical panel ceilings, countertop lavatories, toilet partitions and toilet accessories with mechanical and electrical items to provide completed facilities. To meet ADA requirements, demolition of existing architectural, mechanical, and electrical items on the first floor utility/mop closet to be converted to unisex restrooms. Construction of a new unisex restroom with new interior gypsum walls, new floor and wall tile, vinyl wallcovering, acoustical panel ceiling, lavatories and toilet accessories with mechanical and electrical items to provide a completed facility. The time of construction is 60 days. The solicitation will be issued on or about 5/12/00 with proposals being due on or about 5/30/00.
