This is an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Oorder (IDPO) solicitation with an estimated yearly quantity of 120,190 each to be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. The solicitation is for the base year plus up to 4 option years. Required delivery for the production quantity is up to 30,048 each to be delivered within 90 days with an additonal 15,024 each due every 30 days thereafter. The FAT is for 1 unit to be delivered within 90 days. A written quote is required. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation will be available after 5/12/00 (issue date) from the POC above. This solciitation is 100% set-aside for small business and the small business size standard is 1000 employees.
