Headquarters, Operations Support Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois has a requirement for 114,240 support assemblies to be packed in cardboard boxes and palletized. Requirement is IAW Assembly Drawing 12577566 D dated 24 Feb 1997 and QAP 12577566 A dated 16 Oct 1992, and component drawings 12577224 (Support), 12577225 (Liner), 12577242 (Washer Top), 12577306 (Washer Bottom), 12952069 (Alathon), 12952067 (Film, Polyester), 12952066 (Foam Polyurethane). Our objective is to locate a responsive and responsible U.S. manufacturer with materials that comply with the Trade Agreements Act. Required delivery is 57,120 by 30 Sep 2000 and 57,120 by 30 Oct 2000. A 100% option is also included. Delivery will be FOB destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal. First Article is required (20 each) and will be witnessed by the Government at the contractor facility. Inspection requirements IAW ANSI/ASQ Q9003. Warranty requirements IAW FAR 52.246-17.
