The equipment shall consist of a conveyor system, manual and/or motorized, and have some type of loading and off-loading capabilities. Approximately 30' 50' length (in interlocking sections) is expected, and shall be designed for handling 60 80 units throughput in one (1) 8-hour shift. The conveyor will transport a product that is approximately 6" in diameter, 36" in length and weighs 50 lbs. It consists of a cylindrical paper cellulose case cartridge attached to a metal base, with propellant grains and an ignition system components contained inside.
