The total qty for this acquisition will be estimated at 95,780 with options. This procurement will result in the awarding of a long term firm fixed price contract with a base and three one (1) years options. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the governement intends to solicit and negotiate with the sources cited under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contact based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
