B- SPECIAL STUDIES AND ANALYSIS The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of The Defense Security Cooperation Agency, Washington, DC, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Atlantic Council of the United States, 910 17th Street, NW, Suite 1000, Washington, DC 20006. The services sought include forming a Ukraine Task Force with the Atlantic Council of the United States under the auspices of the Council's Program on European Societies in Transition to conduct a mutual information exchange with the Atlantic Council of Ukraine on Ukrainian Security Policy Beyond Denuclearization. The Atlantic Council has proprietary information and intellectual property rights essential to and on which the research and studies conducted under this contract shall be based. The Atlantic Council is fully staffed and is in possession of all the resources necessary to form the task force immediately. The anticipated period of performance is 12 months.
