This notice constitutes Amendment No. 0002 to the synopsis for custodial and related services for buildings located at the Denver Federal Center, Denver, Colorado. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their offer. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFP and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the following: 1. Block 2 is blank. Block 7B has been c hanged from ext 370 to ext 241. Block 20 locataion has been changed from Building 44 to Building 25. 2. The correct number of buildings in this procurement is twenty (20). Prices on the cover of the solicitation are monthly prices. 4. Pages 2 through 10 are replaced in order to incorporate the following changes: a. Building 53 line item was added to Group B on Schedule B as Item No. B-9. Subsequent building Item Nos. were renumbered and ends at Item B-13. b. Paragraph B., ADDITIONAL SERVICES HOURLY RATES, Line 5, on Page 9 is clarifiedto read "All orders, which exceed $2,500.00, will be confirmed by issuance of a delivery order on a GSA Form 300, Order for Supplies or Services." 5. Instructions to Offerors, page 56 is replaced in order to incorporate the following changes: Page 56, Paragraph 2A. The tour of the facilities will be located at Building 25, Room 1228, Water Resources Conference Room. 6. Pages 59-60 are replaced to incorporate the following changes: Paragraph C. is replaced. The Technical Summary number of pages is changed from 25 to 8. 7. Paragraphs C(1) and C(2) are incorrect and are replaced. The Experience and Past Performance and Management Controls evaluation factors have been revised. The replaced pages will be posted to the Electronic Posting System for downloading.
