Schriever AFB CO is seeking potential sources for the award of a minimum of two Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to accommodate the relocation of several offices on Schriever AFB. Most of these relocations will begin to take place upon the completion of the new Operational Support Facility building currently under construction; completion is expected in the October/November timeframe. Each move will vary in size and will be arranged separately and divided among the BPAs. Each BPA will contain a general price list to include, but not limited to, the following items: commercial moving trucks, personnel trained in commercial office relocations, 1.5CF moving cartons, packing tape, carton labels, mirror/artwork cartons with padded packing sheets. Computer carts will be required with padding and/or shrink wrap to secure equipment. Protective floor covering to prevent damage to entrances and padding to protect elevators will also be required. Government personnel will pack, label, and unpack their own personal items and files in cartons provided. Government personnel will disconnect all electronic equipment and pack all cables in cartons. Appliances such as refrigerators and coffeemakers will be disconnected and drained, as necessary, by government personnel. Security clearances will be required for all contractor personnel in order to gain access to the secure areas of the base. Contractor must be able to provide adequate commercial equipment to perform relocations. This equipment includes trucks, handcarts, packing materials, equipment padding. Contractors MUST be a small business, registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), have a valid CAGE Code for the local address, a DUNS number, and tax identification number.
