It has become apparent that the specifications are inadequate and ambiguous and lack sufficient detail so that Offerors can compete on the same footing. In addition, the Government has determined that current responses to wildland fire activity will delay the proposed schedule until after fire season. The Government has decided to reevaluate the specifications and schedule and will pursue the project at a later date. Those companies currently on the bid list shall remain on the list and will receive the new solicitation package when it is issued. The solicitation will be issued under a new document number.
