The Corps of Engineers has a need for a contract for Safety Critical Waterway Signs and Lock Signage, Locks and Dams 2, 3 and 4, Allegheny River and Dashields Locks and Dam, Ohio River. The work consists of fabricating the structural supports and erecting Government-furnished safety critical waterway signs and lock signage. The signs will be mounted on top of the lock walls, on bridge piers, and on mooring cells. The period of performance will be 180 calendar days. Magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The plans and specifications will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed paper hard copy format. The CD's will be available approximately 05/16/00. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside.
