Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to complete the Repair Non-Compliance Water Mains, Phase 1 at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. The work involved includes, but is not limited to, installing new water mains, new water valves and new fire hydrants. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. This will be a firm fixed price construction contract with 170 days construction performance time. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and open to all firms, including small and small disadvantaged concerns. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) codes for this acquisition is 1623 with a three-year average annual small business size standard of $17 million. The successful contractor will be selected using performance/price tradeoff procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the Government. Performance is significantly more important than price.
