Project calls for replacement of fuel system isolation valves, replacement of pre-fabricated fiberglass valve pits, and modifications to an existing trench drain system including a new sanitary sewer lift station on the aircraft parking apron at Dyess AFB, Texas. The project requires the removal and replacement of seven (7) existing valves of various sizes. The valves to be replaced are in pits located across the south half of the aircraft-parking apron. The new valves are to be double block and bleed type valves of equivalent size to the existing. There are three (3) fuel loop isolation valve pits at the extreme south end of the apron. These pits are to be removed repaired/replaced and reinstalled. There are also two smaller air isolation valve pits, one small stripper pit and one small combo stripper pit to be replaced. The contractor, as a part of the project, shall obtain all required permits for any fuels related waste or hazardous waste generated by the contractor. All hazardous and non-hazardouswaste generated by the project shall be disposed of by the contractor in accordance with current Federal, State of Texas and Air Force regulations and the plans and specifications. The estimated contract magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The proposed procurement is unrestricted for all offerors. All eligible offerors may submit a proposal. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Lack of registration in the Central Contractor Registration will result in an unsuccessful proposal.
