The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD intends to procure on a sole source basis under Modification 03 to Delivery Order 0011 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-98-G-0018 with Boeing Helicopter the following: Additional hardware in support of the H-46 type model series aircraft's Engine Condition Control System (ECCS) upgrade/improvement program. The purpose of the hardware is to complete VAL/VER kits for flight testing in the H-46. Boeing Helicopter is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the H-46 helicopter and is the only company with the unique technical data and background to accomplish this task.
