The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD intends to procure on a sole source basis under Modification 01 to Delivery Order 0004 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0224 with Boeing Helicopter the following: Additional engineering drawings and non-recurring engineering in support of the H-46 type model series aircraft's Engine Condition Control System upgrade/improvement program. Boeing Helicopter is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the H-46 helicopter and is the only company with the unique technical data and source control rights to perform this effort.
