Skipper, 321-783-9875, ext 3121 DESC: The U.S. Department of State, Office of Aviation (DoS/OA), in conjunction with DynCorp Technical Services, is looking for a vendor that can produce and analyze data from 8mm digital tapes containing raw multi-spectral digital imagery. Two basic options that are being considered are outlined below. Option 1. DoS/OA will purchase a Multi-spectral Digital Imagery System (MDIS) that is capable of distinguishing a specific crop within a given area for the purpose of accessing the total acreage of that crop within that area. The system will be capable of assessing crop yields, stress levels, and determining the effectiveness of herbicide applications on the cultivation. The vendor will be given the raw imagery and will be responsible for all post-capture requirements. Option 2. Vendor will be responsible for obtaining, operating and maintaining the MDIS in addition to performing all post-capture requirements.
