This notice serves as a modification to the original synopsis for SP0600-00-R-0075 with respect to the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) requirements for delivery of natural gas supplies supporting various DoD and Federal Civilian customers in the Northeast and Southern regions of the United States. Under SP0600-00-R-0075, BOA's will be established with all qualified, responsible offerors that request intention to enter into this agreement supporting natural gas requirements of various DoD and Federal Civilian customers behind Washington Gas Light, Virginia Natural Gas, Columbia Gas of Virginia, Baltimore Gas & Electric, and South Carolina Electric & Gas Company. The estimated annual requirements behind each of these LDC's is 6,257,466 Dths for customers behind Washington Gas Light; 4,139,394 Dths for customers behind Virginia Natural Gas; 1,105,343 Dths for customers behind Columbia Gas of Virginia; 1,531,860 Dths for customers behind Baltimore Gas & Electric; and 1,196,389 Dths for customers behind South Carolina Electric & Gas. The delivery period is October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001. Estimated annual and monthly requirements for each individual customer are outlined in SP0600-00-R-0075 and the Consumption Data attachment, respectively, which both can be accessed via the web link specified below. Offers for BOAs will be accepted on an open and continuous basis up until July 30, 2001. The Defense Energy Support Center will solicit monthly requirements from BOA holders to provide direct supply natural gas by issuing competitive requests for firm fixed price quotations or proposals for specific quantities and locations. Only offerors who have an established BOA with DESC for the line item(s) being solicited will be eligible to receive award.
