Provide Global Positioning System (GPS) Receive Systems for the GOES Backup Command and Communications Station and for Timing Systems Backup at the NOAA National Environmental Satellite Data and Information Service, Wallops CDA Station, Wallops, VA. The GPS units shall receive GPS time and generate NASA 36 time. The GPS receiver shall include a disciplined Rubidium source to generate a 5 MHz frequency. All signals generated shall be phone coherent. Equipment shall be delivered within 9 months after award. The equipment is to be delivered to the Command Data Acquisition Station in Wallops, VA. This is a simplified acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Requests for the RFQ shall be in writing. Telephone requests will NOT be honored.
