This requirement is for all personnel, labor, parts, material, equipment diagnostics, and transportation necessary to accomplish maintenance of Government-ADPE equipment in support of a geographically dispersed, but wholly integrated, solar observatory system. Maintenance to be performed at solar observatories located at Learmonth, Australia; Palehua, Hawaii; Ramey, Puerto Rico; San Vito, Italy, Sagamore Hill, Massachusetts, and Holloman AFB, New Mexico.
