The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), Heavy Equipment Procurement Program (HEPP) will be hosting a Pre-Solicitation Conference with the goal of placing a Prime Vendor contract for leasing all heavy equipment items. These items include but are not limited to: heavy construction, forklifts, cranes, fire fighting vehicles, environmental products, snow removal and sweepers. The conference will be held approximately the third week of June 2000, exact date and time to be determined and announced at a later date. The conference will be held in the NAVICP Officer's Club located in Building 1 on the NAVICP Compound, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111. 2. The purpose of the Pre-Solicitation Conference is to explore concerns relating to the issuance of the solicitation and subsequent contract.
