Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to complete the Remove/Replace Oil/Water Separators, Phase I, MFH. The work involved includes, but is not limited to, demolition and removal, excavation and trenching, installing underground piping, valves and drainage basins and the replacement of asphalt, concrete and lawn. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. This will be a firm fixed price construction contract with 160 days construction performance time. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and open to all firms, including small and small disadvantaged concerns. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) codes for this acquisition is 1799 with a three-year average annual small business size standard of $7 million. The successful contractor will be selected using performance/price tradeoff procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the Government. Performance is significantly more important than price. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 13 April 00 on the Governments Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. Paper copies are not available.
