The Federal Emergency Management Agency, Mt. Weather Emergency Assistance Center (MWEAC), Bluemont, VA 20135, intends to purchase materials for the replacement of a Motor Control Center. The Motor Control Center supports the power distribution system located at the MWEAC facility. This equipment will be installed by Government personnel. A sample listing of the materials needed to construct a Motor Control Center are as follows: (1) Motor control center structures; (2) Copper bus; (3) NEMA 12 enclosure; (4) 42,000 RMS bus; (5) Size 1 Full voltage non reversing (FVNR) starters; (6) Size 2 FVNR starters; (7) Size 3 FVNR starters; (8) Size 3 Two speed 2 winding (TS2W) starters; (9) Size 4 (Reduced voltage auto transformers (RVAT) starters; (10) Circuit breaker, 600 amp; (11) Circuit breaker, 400 amp; (12) Circuit breaker, 200 amp; (13) Circuit breaker, 100 amp; (14) Main lugs, 800 amp; (15) Pilot light; (16) Push button; (17) Auxiliary contacts; (18) Doors for spare compartments; (19) Hour meters; (20) Ground bus; and (21) Spare parts. The contractor shall provide a listing of all components for the Motor Control Center. All materials shall be UL listed. The successful contractor shall be required to have equipment designed, fabricated, assembled, wired, tested and delivered in accordance with the drawing and specifications. Submittal information shall be submitted for Government approval prior to manufacture of the equipment as described in the specifications. The Government desires a 90 calendar day delivery time ARO.
