This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Insulated Wire manufactured in accordance with MIL-W-16878, type H-ET 3407 TF, Strands (no. .xmm): 7x0.06, Conductor (mm): 0.19, Area (mm^2): 0.022, DC Resistance @20degC (Ohms/Km): 977, Insulated Wire: Min(mm): 0.44, Max(mm): 0.54, Weight (kg/km): 0.60, Gauge (AWG): 34 Conductor "TF" must be made from silver plated high strength cooper alloy. (1) 10 ea Black (1000m) per spool; (2) 10 ea Brown (1000m) per spool; (3) 10 ea Red (1000m) per spool; (4) 10 ea Orange (1000m) per spool; (5) 10 ea Yellow (1000m) spool; (6) 10 ea Green (1000m) per spool; (7) 10 ea Blue (1000m)per spool; (8) 10 ea Violet (1000m) per spool; (9) 10 ea Grey (1000m) per spool; (10) 10 ea White (1000m) per spool. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 97-16. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 5063 and 100 employees, respectively. The quoter shall state in their quotation their size status for this procurement. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to LaRC is required within 30 days ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9.
