Hurlburt Field FL intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with MetaVR for the following: MetaVR WorldPerfrect for creating CTDB, MDB, MDX, and Open Flight correlated terrain databases from NIMA DTED and CIB satellite imagery; MetaVR Moving Map Toolkit SDK in support of NIMA ADRG and intervisibility for threats, SDK included; JMEM Compute module integration; software warranty and maintenance. Intended source is MetaVR, 37 Elm, Brookline MA 02445-6813. It is imperative that the products be of the same manufacturer, software program and design of the existing databases installed at the Command and Control Training and Innovation Group/Air Force Theater Missile Defense Experimentation Division, to ensure uniformity,integration and interface of software and databases. Interested responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Award will not be made on the basis of responses to this synopsis.
